How do I join?

Your local IHG hotel, or IHG representative, will invite you to join or you can click on the ‘Join now’ button on the BusinessClubAGENT homepage and fill out our online form, selecting your preferred "home" hotel – this may be the hotel nearest to you, or the one you at which you make the most bookings

Why should I join BusinessClubAGENT?

Because you’ll get some great rewards simply for booking accommodation and meetings with us.

How do I benefit?

You’ll be a Purple tier member straightaway, which means you’ll earn BusinessClubAGENT points for every £ you spend at our hotels. You can convert those points into all kinds of great rewards. A new iPod, that must-have pair of shoes, a bunch of flowers, a meal out or a pampering day at a spa – the list is pretty much endless.  If you spend £50,000 or more with us in any one year, you become a Silver tier member. This means you’ll earn points 10% faster which means more rewards for you! If you spend £75,000 or more with us in any one year, you become a Gold tier member. This means you’ll earn points 15% faster which means more rewards for you!

How do I earn points?

Each time you make a booking, you’re earning points – simply go to BusinessClubAGENT website and add it to the ‘Log a booking‘ page. We’ll verify it and your latest balance will be shown.

When will I receive my membership details?

We’ll aim to get it to you within 28 days of you registering – if you haven’t received it by then, contact us at members@BusinessClubAGENT.ihg.com

How do I log a booking?

As soon as you’ve made a booking, go to the ‘Log My Activity’ page on the BusinessClubAGENT website and take a couple of minutes to fill out the form – make sure you have the booking reference number handy.

Why do I need to log my bookings?

This is how you earn and track your BusinessClubAGENT points – also, by using the website we have made BusinessClubAGENT a near paper-less programme, so it’s environmentally friendly.

What happens if I want to change the booking value?

If you’ve entered the wrong booking value, you can change it on the ‘Log My Activity’ page. The hotel will then check it and we’ll amend your BusinessClubAGENT points tally.

Why haven’t the points been credited to my account?

All bookings are confirmed with the relevant hotel and this can take up to 60 days. If you think it has taken longer please contact the member helpdesk and we’ll look into it for you.

What happens if a hotel rejects a booking that took place?

Simply email our Member Services team at members@BusinessClubAGENT.ihg.com we will contact the hotel and get back to you as soon as we can.

How can I spend my points?

From speaking to members, we know that you want to have plenty of different ways to enjoy your points. That’s why you can use them to buy anything from a pampering day at a luxury spa through to killer heels, gardening equipment, a hotel break or dinner at your favourite restaurant. You can even pay for your office Christmas party with them or make a donation to charity. Click here to find out more about the huge variety of rewards on offer.

I want to make a reward claim – what do I do next?

Visit the ‘Redeeming your points’ page and follow the simple instructions – the online calculator will tell you how much your points are worth.

When will I receive my vouchers?

Priority Club Rewards and Amazon vouchers can be redeemed straightaway – we’ll send you an e-reference number by email. Time For You vouchers should arrive within 14 days.

Why is it a good idea to become a member of Priority Club?

If you are a Priority Club Rewards member you can redeem your BusinessClubAGENT points and then you’ll be able to redeem your points for free stays at over 3,500 hotels around the world or you can use them to buy quality wine, shopping vouchers and lots of other great rewards. It only takes two minutes to join and you can see all the latest special offers. This is also the way to make a donation to the Priority Club preferred charity, Unicef.

What are the benefits of Silver tier status?

If you spend more than £50,000 in any one year you’ll reach Silver tier status – this means you’ll earn BusinessClubAGENT points 10% faster which means more rewards for you.

What are the benefits of Gold tier status?

If you spend more than £75,000 in any one year you’ll reach Gold tier status – this means you’ll earn BusinessClubAGENT points 15% faster which means more rewards for you.

Which hotels participate in BusinessClubAGENT?

Most of our Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn hotels in the UK are part of BusinessClubAGENT – click here for the full list. What happens if I need to change my profile details?

You can update your details on the BusinessClubAGENT website.

What happens if I forget my log-in and password?

Go to www.BusinessClubAGENT.ihg.com and request your password and username – we’ll email you your details.
